Light Industries: toys, textiles, cosmetics, bicycles, furniture.

  • Toys necessitate Chinese toys certification as they fall under the CCC scheme.
  • Textiles and furniture should comply with relevant formaldehyde limits.
  • Cosmetics do not need CCC; however, most cosmetics productst must reach Chinese cosmetics certification through relevant SFDA, MOH, and AQSIQ regulations. CNCA is also responsible for the sanitation registration of manufacturing and processing of imported/ exported cosmetics.
  • Electrical bicycles do not need CCC.
  • In general, if a light industry product (e.g. an electrical bed) contains electrical parts, those parts may require CCC in order to be able to import them as spare-parts later on.

Quality Partnerships helps you identify which license schemes are required for your products, initiate the relevant procedures and reach successful certification.
